Technical Assistant (Ref: HK/BDG/J3240/222/08/al) Hong Kong
You will be responsible to perform CAD drawings and graphics for our building project.  You will also require to co-ordinate architectural drawings.
 
You will work in the offices of Architectural Services Department at Queensway Government Offices or in any office under the supervision and direction of the Supervising Officer. 
 
Requirements:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Building Studies and Minimum three years' drafting experience related to architectural works; or
  • High Diploma in Architectural Studies and two years relevant experience; or
  • Possessing five years' drafting experience in an architectural firm;
  • Familiar in use of AutoCAD, Coreldraw and good knowledge in 3D studies.
Construction Manager (Ref:HK/CIV/235/08/rl) Hong Kong
We are now looking for a high-calibre Construction Manager who has extensive experience working in large scale and high-quality civil projects to join our civil construction team. 
 
You will be responsible for meeting the quality, cost, statutory, safety & environmental issues and schedule requirements of the project, and continuously seeking improvement in efficiency and productivity.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
  • Member of HKIE or other recognized professional bodies a must;
  • At least 15 years' post-chartered relevant experience, among which at least 5 years must be in roads and drainage works;
  • Good technical knowledge with business mind and spectrum;
  • Good financial and contractual knowledge in dealing with contract management;
  • High safety awareness and good implementation experience of site safety measures;
  • Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Note: Candidates with less experience and qualification may be considered for Project Manager.

Accountant (Ref:HK/FIN/229/08/ec) Hong Kong
You will be responsible for preparing account analysis and reconciliation, management reporting, overseeing the accounting function of overseas companies, compilation of budget / forecast, handling taxation and audit matters and taking part in ad hoc projects.
  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines;
  • At least 4 years' experience in sizable company, with audit experience preferred;
  • Qualified Accountant of HKICPA, ACCA, CIMA;
  • Experience in Hyperion / JDE preferred;
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
Information Centre Operators (Ref:HK/CIV/J3238/233/08/al) Hong Kong
Based in our Tsuen Wan site office and work on a 12-hour shift, you will be responsible for

  • Data entry;
  • Handling incoming calls, faxes, emails and enquiries;
  • Liaising with relevant parties on information request and site operation arrangement;
  • Maintaining a call logging system.

Requirements

  • F.5 or above;
  • At least 2 years' clerical experience, preferably in the construction industry and road maintenance works;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Chinese Word Processing & Excel);
  • Able to communicate in English and Cantonese;
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner;
  • Willing to work on shift.
Quantity Surveyors - Foundation (Ref:HK/QS/FDN/231/08/al) Hong Kong
You will work in our commercial team for our major foundation construction projects.  You need to be a good team player with extensive experience working for a contractor in assessment of claims, cost analysis, contract administration and budgetary control.
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other relevant disciplines;
  • MRICS or MHKIS preferred;
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience, preferably with both pre & post contract experience;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese;
  • Self-motivated, open-minded and hardworking.
Environmental Engineers (Ref: HK/HSE/J3238/226/08/al) Hong Kong
You will be the Environmental Team Leader for a large construction project.  Your role will be to uphold the environmental condition of the construction site through implementing the Environmental Management System and the project-specific EM&A requirements.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Regular monitoring of environmental parameters;
  • Joint site inspections with representatives from EPD, Clients, IEC and RSS;
  • Environmental training, meeting and complaint handling;
  • License and permit applications;
  • Maintenance of Trip Ticket System;
  • Maintenance of Environmental Management System;
  • Prepare reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction or Environmental discipline;
  • At least 5 years' experience of working within the Hong Kong construction industry as an Environmental Engineer, with full understanding of the regulartory and legislative framework;
  • Membership of any construction, engineering or environmental related professional bodies would be an advantage;
  • Must have major civil engineering project experience managing and implementing EM&A programmes and Environmental Management Systems;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to continue the existing excellent site working relationships with the client, IEC, RSS and EPD;
  • Highly motivated and be able to work independently, as well as part of a construction project team;
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese.
Assistant Accountant (Ref: HK/FIN/208/08/ec) Hong Kong

Design Engineers - Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Foundations & Substructures (Ref:HK/DES/228/08/ec) Hong Kong / Singapore
